Doreen Thompson, Senior Relationship Manager
Doreen has worn many hats over more than two decades in the brokerage business. Clearview clients find that she applies the client and management experience, technical knowledge and empathy to solve problems and advance issues across their firm.
Doreen began her brokerage career in a retail branch office in Newport News, Virginia for Wheat First Securities in 1986. From there, her assignments covered retail/branch operations, home office operations, training, network systems and relationship management with the organization now known as First Clearing Corporation, LLC, the clearing division of Wachovia Securities. She was centrally involved with many of Wachovia Securities´ major IT initiatives and projects over the years including: due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, new retail office openings and various aspects of operations, technology and training for correspondent conversions.
With the home office relocation of Wachovia Securities to St. Louis, Doreen accepted the opportunity to help build a rising new clearing firm when she joined Clearview Correspondent Services in February 2008. As a Relationship Manager, she is passionate about helping local and regional firms grow their business.
Doreen and her husband Bill have three wonderful children, Will, Lauren and Mallory.
