Bill Robbins, President & CEO
Bill rose through the WFS Clearing Services Division of Wheat First Securities, serving in a variety of roles since 1993. He spent 12 years in the clearing organization (now First Clearing / Wachovia Securities), holding posts in customer service, operations, finance, administration, and sales and marketing. Bill joined Scott & Stringfellow in January 2006 to lead the creation of Clearview.
Bill is an alumnus of the University of Richmond and holds a master’s degree in business administration from its Richard S. Reynolds School of Business. He is a member of the Securities Industry & Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) Clearing Firms Committee and has been active in the SIFMA Small Firm, CEO Roundtable, and Marketing Roundtable groups. In 2003, he completed the Securities Industry Institute program sponsored by the Securities Industry Association at the Wharton School.
Bill and his wife, Beth, have been married since 1999 and are parents of twins born in August 2003.
